Highlights of the role: In the role of a Director - Demand Generation , you will have the opportunity to set up the demand generation vertical of a fast growing organisation and lead the charter towards market leadership. - Lead overall outbound and inbound demand generation and sales funnel development activities, as well as develop and implement high-impact strategic campaigns and tactical marketing programs across our key demographics, verticals, and partners. - This high-impact position brings significant responsibility, and candidates must have demonstrated the capacity to lead teams to achieve excellent results. The Role : - Draw an outline for the overall demand generation function of the organisation. Set up all demand generation systems, processes & controls to ensure effective reporting for the function. - Lead and own demand generation strategy, execution, team for all products. - Evaluate & implement various strategies that drive the demand & lead generation function. This would include both short term and long term projects. - Implement, analyze, and optimize progressive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition. - Responsible for driving customer acquisition via PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Lead Generation, and other demand-related channels. - Determine the appropriate mix of marketing channels and programs that will convert target accounts into customers. - Improve operational process and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend - Own and measure demand generation programs against key metrics, including: qualified leads, opportunities and new business pipeline. - Own marketing technology stack (e.g. marketing automation, attribution, reporting tools, sales enablement tools) - Empower business leaders with data, identify successful strategies and new opportunities, and propose improvements to optimize performance and efficiency. - Effectively communicate across relevant teams and broader organization, sharing campaign updates, timelines, processes, and results. - Develop a working knowledge of the the platform, target market, competitors, audiences, and company's product value propositions. Skills Required: - A minimum of 8-15 years experience leading a team to execute high-volume digital and demand generation programs with B2B SaaS organizations. ( India market focused / Large enterprises & financial institutions only) - A minimum of 5 years leading and managing demand gen teams. - Consistent record of generating and growing qualified leads that convert into new business pipeline. - Extensive background in Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, and other ad platforms. - Expertise in SEO and landing page conversion optimization. - Deep understanding of demand generation best practices and how to engage prospects at multiple points through the customer journey with a test-and-learn mindset. - Experience in an early stage startup environment is very important. - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; easily able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. - Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with proven ability to work across functions to achieve and scale results. - Budget management experience required. - Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with proven ability to work across functions to achieve and scale results.
