Director - Delivery - IT Services

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a director level executive (E1) to lead different markets across the globe along with Japan Market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

2. Delivery Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of programs, projects, or managed services engagements.

3. Financial Management:

- Own engagement P&L and financial health.

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance:

- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

5. People Leadership:

Experience Required:

- The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, automation, and customer-centric innovation, with a strong background in managing large-scale, digital-first contact center environments.

- 20 - 22 + years of IT services, consulting, or managed services experience.

- Minimum 10 + years in delivery, program, project, service delivery, or engagement management roles.

- Experience managing large-scale global delivery engagements for typical legacy modernization, cloud migrations or green field implementations.

- Banking/ Financial Services/ Insurance Domains with Open-Source Systems Experience is must (Java/ React); Understanding of Agentic AI Is added advantage.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models:

- Proven experience in client-facing leadership roles.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
