Director - Debt Syndication - Debt Capital Markets Transactions

Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance and structured financing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Origination, execution and completion of Debt Capital Market Transactions including syndicated debt, structured finance, acquisition/bridge finance project finance

- Lead debt syndication transactions, including structuring and execution.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Negotiate and close funding agreements with lenders.

- Conduct credit analysis and due diligence.
