Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 14-18 years in privacy, cyber risk, or compliance consulting

- Revenue ownership or sales leadership exposure mandatory

- Deep knowledge of India DPDP Act and global privacy laws

- Experience in building and scaling practices

- Strong CXO engagement credentials

- Hands-on experience with privacy technology platforms

Practice & Revenue Leadership:

- Build and scale the India & ME Data Privacy practice

- Own revenue targets, pipeline, and sales pursuits

- Support Partners in GTM, pursuits, and proposal strategy

- Create market offerings and delivery frameworks

- Develop alliances with privacy technology and legal ecosystem

Compliance & Risk Leadership:

Drive compliance and advisory across:

- GDPR, DPDP Act, KSA PDPL, UAE PDPL, CCPA, etc.

- HIPAA, PCI-DSS (privacy elements)

- Region/ Sector-specific privacy requirements

- Lead regulator readiness and audit support programs

Client Leadership:

- Act as trusted advisor to CXOs, DPOs, CISOs, and Legal Heads

- Own senior stakeholder relationships

- Lead complex multi-phase privacy programs

- Drive value realization and delivery excellence Delivery & Capability Building

- Build and lead high-performing teams

- Define operational governance and delivery standards

- Develop leadership capability at Manager / AD levels

- Ensure quality, consistency, and controllership across engagements Offerings & Solutions

Lead privacy services across:

- Privacy program design and maturity models

- Privacy Program Implementation

- Privacy operations and managed services

- Privacy technology implementation (OneTrust, TrustArc, BigID, etc.)

- Data Protection Services
