Description:
- Oversee SLAs, KPIs, financials, and service quality
- Manage client relationships, escalations, and strategic governance discussions
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, automation, and innovation
- Lead teams of 50+ resources, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and performance
- Guide data architecture modernization, cloud migration, and advanced analytics initiatives
- Contribute to pre-sales, solution design, RFP responses, and thought leadership
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 20+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing large-scale data analytics services in consulting or managed services environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Fabric), Snowflake, Databricks, and big-data technologies
- Strong proficiency with BI tools, ETL tools, SQL, Python, and other analytics technologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
