Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the company's customer growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead initiatives across the customer lifecycle-from awareness to advocacy
- Optimize acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral) for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to improve conversion and retention
- Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to validate hypotheses
- Analyze customer data to identify segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities
- Partner with sales to align lead generation and conversion strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team
- Report on KPIs such as CAC, CLV, churn rate, and NPS Increase wallet share among existing customers.
- Develop new product categories such as frozen foods, staples, and dairy.
- Full P&L ownership and accountability.
- Experience managing projects from concept (0) to full scale (1).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
