About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic leader to join our senior management team as the Director - Customer Growth. This role is critical to expanding revenue from existing customers, launching new categories, and driving business scale-up with full ownership of P&L outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Expansion & Retention:
- Drive growth in wallet share among existing customers by identifying untapped opportunities and creating tailored strategies to maximize lifetime value.
Category Development:
- Spearhead the introduction and scale-up of new product categories such as frozen foods, staples, and dairy by leveraging customer insights and market demand.
P&L Ownership:
- Take end-to-end accountability for business performance, including revenue, margins, and operational efficiency.
Project Leadership (0 to 1 Execution):
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution-transforming ideas into scalable business models.
Team Leadership:
- Build, inspire, and manage large, high-performing teams across functions with a focus on execution excellence and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of owning and delivering P&L outcomes.
- Hands-on experience in building new product verticals or business lines from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and execution.
