Job Summary:
The RTM / TPM / CRM Director P2 will lead strategic technology initiatives across Route-to-Market (RTM), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domains.
The role focuses on driving digital transformation through advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and data integration across merchandising, product information management (PIM), and image analytics functions.
This position requires strong technical expertise across Oracle / SQL Server, .NET, Azure Data Lake, Salsify, Salesforce, and AI Image Recognition (YOLO)- combined with business understanding of merchandising, retail execution, and customer engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of integrated RTM, TPM, and CRM solutions supporting commercial and merchandising operations.
- Oversee technology architecture and system integration across Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, and Azure ecosystems.
- Drive adoption of AI Image Recognition (YOLO) and Salsify for image analytics and product information management.
- Partner with business stakeholders across marketing, sales, and supply functions to align digital initiatives with commercial goals.
- Govern data flow, quality, and analytics within Azure Data Lake to ensure consistent business reporting and insights.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team to support ongoing system enhancements and capability development.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through automation, data-driven insights, and new technology adoption.

- Database: Oracle, SQL Server.
