Job Description: Credit Risk Director - Unsecured Lending (India)

1. Lead the unsecured lending credit risk function, driving policy design, implementation, and governance.

2. Oversee credit risk frameworks for personal loans, credit cards, and other unsecured products, ensuring portfolio quality.

3. Direct credit evaluation methods, focusing on rapid digital origination and data-driven decision models.

4. Monitor risk metrics, delinquency trends, and NPA levels, enforcing timely early warning and corrective actions.

5. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements (RBI, NBFC, banking norms), ensuring total compliance in all risk processes.

6. Collaborate with product, analytics, and technology teams to innovate risk scorecards and origination flows.

7. Develop and lead teams of analysts and risk managers, fostering skill-building and accountability.

8. Guide monthly portfolio reviews and stress testing specific to unsecured product volatility.
