We are looking for a Creative Director with at least 15 years of experience in digital design across web, mobile, and platform, particularly in B2C, retail, or media industries.
The role requires strong design leadership and strategic thinking, including building and scaling design systems at a global level, and leading multicultural teams across time zones.
You should have deep expertise in UX, UI/Product, and Service Design, with the ability to translate user research, business goals, and tech constraints into scalable design strategies. Comfort with Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile, and tools like Figma, Jira, and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or SAP Hybris is a plus.
An advanced degree in Design or HCI, along with certifications like HFI or CUA, is expected. Additional exposure to Generative AI, AR/VR, or emerging tech platforms, along with strong storytelling and visual communication skills, will be considered an advantage.
This role is ideal for someone who can blend creativity with strategy, manage global stakeholders, and drive end-to-end experience design initiatives at scale
