creative director - We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide a creative flair to all our running and new projects associated with our brand. You will participate in devising the concepts and strategies for particular projects and will execute and monitor the production of it end to end. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that is implemented. - Your goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes of our brand-oriented video projects both visually and budget wise; essentially to meet client's expectations and drive our sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Lead the creative projects in delivering effective and award winning targeted creative work. - Oversee and direct creative video production projects - Review and audit the work of all creative outputs to ensure the creative level expected of the company is being met. - Act as brand guardian to ensure all video collaterals produced adheres to the brand guidelines. - Proactively monitor the quality of design projects being produced and submitted by leading internal review sessions and seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders. - Implement innovative and creative ways of video production services catering to clients needs. - Be highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to creative details in all outputs. Requirements: - Min 7+ years of experience as a creative director (video production) or in a similar creative role. - Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development - Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. - Should have experience working in a content production company. - Expertise in managing, guiding and upskilling the creative team. - Have a creative flair for various types of content as per the distribution channel. - Good communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. - Should be aware of the National and International Food Content space. - Outstanding leadership and organization skills - Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities - Graduation / Post graduation in advertising, fine art, design, or relevant field is preferable.
