Job Roles and Responsibilities: - Understand and translate business needs into compelling, on-brand creative solutions - Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them. - Effectively address marketing goals and challenges through result-oriented solutions. - Pitch ideas and the creative vision clearly to related stakeholders, as well as communicate with clarity to members of their creative team. - Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire,hire, develop, and oversee their creative team. - Ensure that all creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand. - Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. - Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas. - Demonstrate high ownership, agility, curiosity to learn. Qualification and Experience: - Impeccable grasp of design softwares like photoshop, illustrator, corelDraw etc.. - A solid understanding/interest of/in popular culture, current and historical brand visual trends. (Basically, you love what you do, so you keep a tab on what's happening in the world of brands outside of your work.) - Great with original ideas. Clarity of communicating those ideas. - Inspiring, motivating and upskilling their team. - Having fun in the everyday mundane.
