Director - Corporate Sales - Insurance

Ideal Candidate:

1. Sales Leadership: Strong Enterprise B2B Corporate Sales Leader profile selling Employee Health Benefits, Wellness or Group Insurance solutions (Domestic, West region).

2. Experience: Must have 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling to CHROs, HR leaders, Benefits Heads, Total Rewards Team and corporate decision-makers.

3. Domain and Company: Must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise corporate sales selling solutions such as group health insurance, OPD, wellness, preventive health and employee benefits to corporates.

4. Hunter and Closer: Must drive the full enterprise sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and pipeline building through consultative solutioning, negotiation and closure, and close deals personally rather than handing them to the team.

5. Network: Must have a ready network of enterprise and CXO contacts (CHRO, CFO, CEO, CIO, Procurement) they can approach directly to open and close deals.

6. Market: Must have sold into large enterprise and mid-market corporate accounts (GCCs, IT-ITES, manufacturing, BFSI, pharma) in India.

7. Leadership: Must have built and led a sales team of 5+, owning forecasting and pipeline discipline.

8. Communication: Must have elite verbal and written communication, executive presence, storytelling and presentation skills, fluent in English.

9. Stability: Must show 2+ years per organisation with no significant gaps across the most recent 3+ years.

10. Company: Health InsuranceTech, InsuranceTech having Healthcare Insurance, TPAs etc.

11. Location: Must be based in or open to relocating to the West region.

12. Education: MBA preferred.
