About the Role :

We are partnering with MDI Murshidabad to identify a seasoned corporate relations professional to lead the institute's placement and industry engagement function.

The role offers an opportunity to build strategic relationships with leading organizations, strengthen employer partnerships, and drive placement outcomes for one of India's emerging management institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute corporate outreach and recruiter engagement strategies.

- Build relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Hiring Managers.

- Drive Summer Internship and Final Placement initiatives.

- Expand recruiter base across consulting, BFSI, technology, manufacturing, and conglomerates.

- Enhance student employability through industry interactions and career readiness initiatives.

- Lead placement operations, analytics, stakeholder management, and team performance.

Candidate Profile :

Education : MBA / PGDM or equivalent Master's Degree from a recognized institution.

Experience : Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.

At least 5 years in one or more of the following areas :

- Corporate Relations

- Campus Placements

- Talent Acquisition

- Executive Search

- Recruitment Consulting

- Business Development

- Employer Branding
