Job Description:
As Director - Corporate Development, you will help shape Kapture CX's next phase of growth by identifying and executing strategic opportunities that accelerate our business.
From fundraising and investor engagement to evaluating acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships, you will work closely with the founders to influence some of the company's most important decisions.

- You will evaluate acquisition opportunities by conducting commercial, strategic and financial assessments, building business cases and supporting negotiations through deal closure.
- You will identify and assess strategic partnerships that can expand Kapture's product capabilities, market reach or competitive advantage, and drive these relationships from evaluation to execution.
- You will evaluate investment opportunities, emerging technologies and adjacent businesses to recommend where Kapture should invest for long-term growth.
- You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic initiatives, market intelligence, competitive analysis and board-level presentations that support key business decisions.
- You will lead fundraising initiatives by preparing investment materials, managing investor relationships, supporting due diligence and coordinating end-to-end fundraising processes.
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role? Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 8-12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy consulting or a similar strategic finance role.
- You have experience evaluating businesses, conducting financial analysis and building investment or acquisition recommendations.
- You have worked directly with senior leadership, investors or boards and are comfortable operating in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- You have exceptional communication skills and can present complex analyses in a simple, compelling manner.

- You have participated in fundraising rounds for high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

- You understand the AI, SaaS or enterprise software ecosystem and can identify emerging market opportunities.
- You have experience working in a founder-led, high-growth organization where ambiguity and rapid execution are the norm.
