Director - Consumer & Technology - Investment Banking

- Lead the Consumer & Technology M&A vertical, owning sector strategy, origination priorities and execution outcomes.

- Track M&A trends, sector consolidation themes and investor appetite across Consumer & Technology.

- Drive sector mapping, client coverage and relationship development

- Work closely with senior leadership to strengthen the firm's M&A in the sector.

- Originate sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, including strategic sales, minority stake sales and platform acquisitions.

- Maintain deep relationships with strategic buyers, PE funds and global investors.

- Lead M&A transactions from origination to closure

- Valuation, deal structuring and negotiation strategy

- Preparation of teasers, Information Memorandums and management presentations

- Coordination of diligence, legal and regulatory processes

- Ensure high-quality execution aligned with top-tier investment banking standards.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing execution team across levels.

- Drive execution discipline, client ownership and strong ethical standards
