A seasoned Project Director with over two decades of experience in leading large-scale commercial projects across diverse sectors. Responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, mitigating risks, and driving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Candidate should have experience working with MNC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Direct and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial projects including office spaces, retail developments, hospitality, and mixed-use facilities.

- Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and clients.

- Budget & Cost Control: Manage multi-crore budgets, ensure cost optimization, and maintain financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

- Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and compliance.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

- Contract Management: Oversee tendering, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.

- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and KPIs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture / construction management

- Master's degree in project management / business administration (preferred)

- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

- Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
