About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Director Client Value to lead enterprise client value strategy, customer retention and expansion across a global portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a scalable Client Value / Post-Sales strategy, strengthening executive relationships with strategic customers, and ensuring customers realize measurable business outcomes from enterprise SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of top-tier management consulting pedigree, enterprise SaaS leadership, strong US-market exposure and exceptional executive presence. Key Responsibilities: Client Value Strategy: - Define and lead the Client Value strategy across strategic enterprise accounts. - Establish frameworks to measure and communicate customer value, ROI and business impact. - Partner with senior customer executives to align SaaS adoption with broader business transformation priorities. - Develop scalable methodologies, playbooks and operating models for value realization. - Drive a culture of outcome-based customer engagement across the organization. Strategic Enterprise Relationships: - Personally own and influence the most strategic enterprise customer relationships. - Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business heads and senior decision-makers across global organizations. - Lead executive-level value conversations, strategic reviews and complex customer engagements. - Act as a senior escalation point for critical accounts and strategic customer situations. Retention & Expansion: - Drive portfolio-level GRR, NRR, renewal and expansion outcomes. - Build strategies to reduce churn and increase product adoption across enterprise customers. - Identify whitespace opportunities across business units, functions and geographies. - Ensure expansion is driven by demonstrated customer value and business outcomes rather than transactional selling. - Partner closely with Sales to convert customer value realization into sustainable account growth. Leadership & Organization Building: - Lead and develop a high-performing Client Value / Client Partner organization. - Build organizational structure, talent strategy, hiring plans and career architecture. - Coach senior Client Partners and managers on executive engagement and strategic account leadership. - Establish performance metrics, governance mechanisms and operating cadence. - Build scalable processes that can support a rapidly growing global SaaS business. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 12-18 years of experience with significant leadership experience across management consulting, enterprise SaaS, value consulting, customer success or post-sales strategy. - Strong preference for MBB / Tier-1 consulting pedigree or equivalent high-quality strategy consulting experience. - Proven leadership experience in a B2B enterprise SaaS / technology company. - Strong experience managing US / North American enterprise customers and/or global strategic accounts. - Demonstrated ownership of large enterprise portfolios and complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. - Proven track record of improving retention, NRR/GRR, product adoption, value realization and expansion. - Experience building and leading large, high-performing client-facing teams. - Strong executive presence and ability to influence CXO / C-suite stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operating levels. - Strong commercial acumen with an outcome-oriented approach to customer growth. - MBA / advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
