Description:
Position Associate Partner,Client Solutions.
Location Mumbai.
Reporting Founder/CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients including family offices, UHNIs and institutional clients.
- Build enduring client relationships to enhance retention and wallet share.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and objectives.
Advisory & Solutioning:
- Assess client requirement, existing portfolios and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated client experiences.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Maintain sound understanding of SEBI FPI, RBI, FEMA and cross-border regulations.
- Ensure all client engagement comply with internal and external compliance standards.
- Market Intelligence:
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide feedback for product development and market strategy.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of custody, fund administration, asset management products and about GCC region.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and institutional relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of regulatory and operational frameworks in financial services.
- High level of integrity, commercial acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA / CFA / CA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in custody sales, asset management, or institutional business development.
- Exposure to cross-border investment products and regulatory frameworks (IndiaUAE corridor preferred).
