We are looking to hire a senior, solution-oriented leader who will act as the central anchor of the 3 year old agency's day-to-day operations. This role is designed for someone who can seamlessly combine client leadership, strategic thinking, team management, and business growth.

This individual will function as a mini extension of the founder, embodying the culture, values, and strategic lens of the agency while independently driving execution and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Leadership & Servicing:

- Own and lead key client relationships and executions end-to-end

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on strategy, planning, and delivery

- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solution-led recommendations

- Ensure high-quality delivery, timelines, and strategic alignment across all engagements

- Handle sensitive conversations, risk management, and escalation calmly and decisively

2. Strategy & Problem-Solving:

- Bring a strategic, thinking-first approach to every brief

- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear plans and actionable frameworks

- Guide internal teams on why something is being done, not just what

- Maintain consistency of thinking across brand, content, partnerships, events and experiences

3. Operations & Resource Management:

- Oversee day-to-day agency operations

- Manage internal teams, clients and external partners

- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects

- Ensure the agency runs smoothly without constant founder intervention

- Hold timelines, people, and priorities together across parallel work streams

4. Team Leadership & Culture:

- Be a strong internal leader who brings clarity, calm, and structure

- Mentor mid-level team members and raise the overall quality of thinking

- Act as a cultural carrier of the agency's values and working style

- Create accountability without micromanagement

5. New Business & Growth:

- Support and drive new business development

- Create pitches, proposals, and client conversations

- Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts

- Help shape long-term partnerships rather than transactional projects

Key Skills & Traits:

- Prior experience interiors, design and media desirable. The candidate has to have a strong network of architects, interior designers and design brands.

- Strong client-facing presence and communication

- Strategic thinking with executional rigor

- Excellent judgment and prioritisation attitude

- Calm under pressure; emotionally intelligent

- Deep understanding of design, branding, and cultural ecosystems

- Comfortable working closely with leadership and independently owning outcome
