- We are seeking a senior academic or industry leader to drive the transformation of a Civil Engineering undergraduate program into a future-ready, industry-integrated ecosystem focused on sustainable infrastructure, smart cities, and advanced construction technologies.

- This role is ideal for professionals with a blend of industry and academic experience, particularly those involved in infrastructure development, consulting, or engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead modernization of curriculum with focus on:

- Smart Cities

- Sustainable Infrastructure

- BIM & GIS technologies

- Construction Technology

- Establish strong partnerships with:

- Infrastructure companies

- EPC firms

- Consulting organizations

Integrate real-world exposure through :

- Site-based learning

- Live infrastructure projects

- Industry internships

- Drive consulting and research initiatives in infrastructure and urban development

- Mentor faculty and build interdisciplinary collaboration

- Strengthen placement pipelines in core civil engineering sectors

Eligibility :

- 10-15 years in civil engineering, infrastructure, or academia

- PhD preferred (not mandatory for strong industry leaders)

- Experience in infrastructure projects/consulting / academic leadership

- Strong industry network

Professionals with combined industry and academic exposure will be strongly preferred

Ideal Profile :

- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects

- Understanding of modern civil technologies (BIM, GIS, smart infra)

- Experience in consulting/government/policy projects

- Ability to build industry-academic bridges
