Job Title: Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Location: Onsite Pune, Baner, India
Compensation: 50- 55 LPA + performance-based incentives + founder-level equity

The Opportunity:
This is not a strategy-only role. This is a true hunter-CxO opportunity.
Were hiring a Chief Business Officer (CBO) who can bring their own book, drive revenue from day one, and lead sales hands-on. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO and be a core part of the leadership teamwith real equity, real accountability, and real upside.
You must have a proven track record of selling $25 million per year, particularly in mid-to-large annuity or multi-year services contracts in web, mobile, AI/ML, or product engineering.
What You'll Do?
- Own all revenue functions end-to-end: strategy, GTM, pipeline, closure, and renewals
- Leverage your existing network to open doors and close deals fast
- Lead with execution first, and build a sales team beneath you as you scale
- Personally close $25 million annually through consultative, solution-led selling
- Focus on multi-year, high-margin annuity contracts
- Work closely with the delivery and leadership teams to shape engagements and pricing
- Build and present winning proposals and commercial models
Experience Required:
- 10 to 15 years in enterprise or mid-market tech services sales
Track Record:
- Closed $25M+ annually, repeatedly, across global markets
Deal Size:
- Comfortable selling $100K$1M multi-year contracts
Mindset:
- True hunter, not just a manager-wants skin in the game
Network:
- Deep connects across BFSI, SaaS, fintech, and product firms (India, GCC, US preferred)
Relocation: Willing to relocate to Pune (mandatory)
Leadership: Can hire, manage, and scale a lean, high-performance sales team over time
Ownership: Ambitious about building a business and earning equity through performance
