Job Description   Seeking a strong VP Finance accounts and supply chain with international capital raising experience for one of the fastest growing renewable energy company  Position Summary :   - Help drive financial and operational performance and continuous Improvement in Finance Accounts and Supply Chain/logistics/procurement and warehousing function  - Responsible for the integrity of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, filings, tax returns and forecasts and internal controls.  - Experience of international capital raising is a must  Key Responsibilities :   - Responsible for compliance with corporate financial standards, policies and applicable regulations such as US GAAP, Indian GAAP  - Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization's plans and operating budgets   - Responsible for internal controls and accounting policies, procedures and processes.   - Accurate financial reporting for Indian Company to local and US GAAP.   - Adequate and appropriate forecasts, budgets and strategic plans for India Company  - Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all internal/external audits. Should have experience of dealing with big 4 accounting/audit firms. Should be a team player and able to manage a team of 10 plus people  - Provide advice and recommendations (not just limited to financial) to help the local and HQ teams make the right business decisions.   - Ensure the correct finance and business justifications for investments to consider in India  - Responsible for tax compliance.   Education, Qualifications And Personal Qualities :   - Must have a bachelor's degree in commerce and Chartered accountant. Other accounting qualification (ACA, FCA, ACCA, CIMA) will be an added advantage.   - Minimum 10-14 years experience in financial roles mainly within manufacturing industry is essential.   - Prior experience of working in a manufacturing facility and global multinational company is a must.  Skill And Experience :   - Requires technical accounting skills particularly as regards a good understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.   - Understanding and hands on experience of ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.   - Broad knowledge of Indian direct and indirect taxes for companies.   - Must be able to have demonstrated strong verbal, writing and presentation skills in a previous role.   - Experience of working within a multi-national company environment would be a definite advantage.
