About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Energy Consulting professional to lead business transformation and operational improvement engagements for global Oil & Gas clients, with a strong focus on the Upstream sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business transformation and operational improvement projects across the Oil & Gas sector.
- Drive initiatives around operational excellence, cost optimization, asset performance and financial improvement.
- Manage client relationships and engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Develop strategic recommendations, business cases and actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Support business development, client pitches, proposals and practice growth.
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-border client engagements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of overall experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Consulting or related sectors.
- Mandatory: Hands-on Oil & Gas Upstream experience.
- Must have a combination of industry and management consulting/advisory experience.
- Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, performance improvement or strategy consulting.
- Strong understanding of upstream operations, asset optimization and financial/operational modelling.
- Proven experience in client engagement, stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, Alteryx or Python is an advantage.
