About the Role
Were seeking an experienced business leader to drive the offline business P&L for our fast-growing consumer tech company. This role will lead the strategic and operational roadmap for scaling our offline presence - owning both supply and demand sides of the business. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of commercial acumen, retail/channel management expertise, and a data-driven approach to building scalable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
P&L Ownership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end P&L for the offline business across all product lines and regions.
- Define and execute the offline growth strategy, balancing topline expansion with margin optimization.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Demand Generation & Go-To-Market
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase footfall, conversion, and brand recall in offline channels.
- Partner with marketing and category teams on regional activations, partnerships, and retail promotions to drive consumer demand.
- Establish metrics to measure performance and consumer experience across channels.
Supply & Channel Management
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to ensure product availability, visibility, and pricing discipline.
- Oversee the retail expansion strategy, from store formats to franchise or partner-led growth.
- Ensure efficient inventory planning, logistics, and last-mile fulfillment in coordination with supply chain and operations teams.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure business alignment and smooth execution.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing business team across regions.
- Identify process and operational efficiencies to enable sustainable offline growth.
Requirements
- 812 years of experience in P&L leadership roles within consumer tech, retail, FMCG, or D2C sectors.
- Strong understanding of offline distribution, trade marketing, and channel operations.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and profitability in a multi-region setup.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
