- Have 6 patented product bagged a business12 times more than turnover of 2024-25.

- Turnover of 25 + cr., 240 employees, PAN India presence, recently entered successfully in export.

- Current valuation of the company - between 600 cr. to 800 cr. and expected valuation by 2030 will be more than 3000 cr.

- 60% plus business in government sector other 40% through big corporates like Godrej, L&T, HPCL, ONGC, Mazagon dock, RBI, SBI, Lodha, Kalpataru, Rustomjee, Runwal, wadhava, Raymond and many more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise teams across departments, provide feedback, and lead by example to foster a positive environment.

- Evaluate business procedures against objectives, implement improvements, and manage procurement and resource allocation.

- Review financial data, adjust budgets for profitability, and develop policies to enhance efficiency.

- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data for optimizations, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

- Lead strategic planning, cross-functional teams, and initiatives to reduce costs and mitigate risks.

- Initiatives & guidance on Domestic Business Development, Global Expansion & Market communication

- Involves in Financial Analysis & Fund raising activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Person with Tier 2 B Schools but with 20-30 yrs work experience in any industry EXCEPT BFSI & ITES. Target Industries are Textile, Paper & Pulp, Pharma, Chemical, Cement, Steel, Beverages, Automotive, Building material, Consumer goods, Consumer Electronics.

- Max age 55 yrs.

- Any Gender.

- Last 10+ yrs at senior level CXO level in Mid to Large corporate could be heading entire operations OR heading BD, Mktg, Procurement & SCM, Manufacturing, Business Strategy or Finance

- Person should have successful track record & interested in business or entrepreneurship and in environmental/Sustainability initiatives.

Looking for some one who has taken VRS while on CXO level or some one who wish to leave established business organisation wants to be entrepreneur and start from 0 -1

Offer: Person can become shareholding director in the organisation. To begin with S/He will have High renumeration on performance-based Profit sharing & fixed income will be mediocre (Just 15-20L/Annum) However his/her current/Last drawn remuneration level Should between 60 Lakh to 1cr per annum.

Maximum fix renumeration that we can give is 15 - 20 Lakh per annum.
