Key Responsibilities:
People & Culture
- Ensure effective hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top software engineering and operations talent.
- Provide strong leadership for development, back office, and operations teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Champion employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning to build future leaders.
- Create an environment of accountability, empowerment, and psychological safety.
Operational Excellence & Workflow Automation
- Act as the Head of Office, responsible for day-to-day management and decision-making.
- Deliver operational objectives in quality, timeliness, and productivity across consulting and support functions.
- Establish and scale office infrastructure, systems, and processes.
- Lead workflow automation projects to streamline operations, reduce manual overhead, and enhance productivity across India and US teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to make informed, timely decisions.
- Build and manage quality, performance, and compliance frameworks.
Strategic Execution & Client Engagement
- Partner with US leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support national service delivery.
- Serve as a client-facing executive with strong presence and the ability to represent InRhythm in India.
- Ensure India operations are fully integrated with US Centers of Excellence (COEs), automated workflows, and global processes.
- Contribute operational insights to transformation projects and corporate strategy.
Financial & Resource Management
- Work with MD, Finance & Business Operations to manage and maintain site operating budgets, ensuring prudent financial management.
- Track KPIs and P&L metrics to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, automation, and operational improvements.
What Were Looking For
- 12-15+ years total experience, with at least 7+ years building India teams for US-based modern software consulting firms (preferably having done this successfully).
- Proven ability to attract, retain, and manage senior, high-performing software engineering and back office talent.
- Strong ability to set up scalable processes, track KPIs, and build consistent cultures.
- Strong operations experience with general and budget management.
- Executive presence with excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving, including conflict resolution, client management, and negotiation (MSA/SOW experience a plus).
- Deep knowledge of the local and national job market, talent supply, and competitive positioning.
- Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-paced organizations over the last 5 years.
- Ability to travel to the US (B1-B2 visitor Visa already in place strongly preferred).
