Role Overview:


The Director Business Management (Gaming & Communication) will drive growth strategy across Gaming and CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) portfolios in Asia & MENA. This role will define GTM strategies, oversee product and business expansion, and ensure revenue, profitability, and market share goals are met.


The role requires deep collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to strengthen customer engagement, drive product adoption, and deliver scalable and reliable services. The incumbent will be responsible for managing key operator and enterprise relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying new market opportunities for both verticals.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Business Strategy & Growth:


- Define and execute GTM strategies for Gaming and Communication portfolios.


- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with product teams for roadmap alignment.


- Expand operator and enterprise footprint across Asia & MENA regions.


- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for both Gaming and CPaaS businesses.


Product Engagement & Adoption:


- Drive KPIs such as DAU/MAU, retention, playtime, and monetization for Gaming.


- Build offerings, GTM toolkits, and bundled propositions for telco and enterprise sales teams.


- Accelerate API usage, traffic volumes, and product adoption for CPaaS platforms.


Business Operations & Delivery:


- Ensure seamless deployments, integrations, and KPI adherence across operator and enterprise partners.


- Collaborate with tech/product support to maintain service reliability and customer satisfaction.


- Lead performance reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.


Market Expansion & Enablement:


- Secure new operator launches and strengthen reseller/ISV ecosystems.


- Partner with regional sales teams for pitches, proposals, and closures.


- Create GTM playbooks, pricing models, and value-based offerings for target markets.


Customer Success & Account Growth:


- Strengthen key customer relationships through business reviews and solutioning.


- Drive ARPU growth via upselling of premium packs, engagement tools, and advanced features.


- Promote cross-selling opportunities between Gaming and Communication portfolios.


Marketing & Regional Communication:


- Partner with marketing teams to run campaigns, success stories, and awareness programs.


- Represent in industry events and customer forums across Asia & MENA.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- 15+ years of experience in telecom, gaming, or communication platforms, with at least 5 years in senior business leadership roles.


- Proven expertise in managing operator and enterprise partnerships across Asia & MENA.


- Strong understanding of digital entertainment, gaming ecosystems, and CPaaS offerings.


- Demonstrated success in achieving P&L and business growth objectives.


- Deep knowledge of telecom integration, API monetization, and digital product lifecycle management.


Good-to-Have:


- Exposure to SaaS or OTT ecosystems.


- Experience with enterprise engagement, fintech, or cloud-based communication services.


- Understanding of cross-cultural business environments in emerging markets.
