Role Overview:
- As the Business Development Director for South Asia, you will lead the regional expansion for a high growth hospitality technology company.
- This role focuses on driving large-scale adoption of digital platforms and enterprise solutions across hotel groups, luxury chains, and facilities management companies.
- You will shape market strategy, build influential relationships, and close high value deals that accelerate technology transformation within the hospitality ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, ideally in hospitality technology, SaaS, IoT, mobility, or digital platforms serving hotels or FM sectors.
- Strong track record in selling enterprise tech solutions with multimillion dollar annual targets and long, complex sales cycles.
- Deep network across hotel groups-GMs, IT Directors, Operations Heads, Procurement Teams, and CXO-level decision-makers.
- Experience selling or integrating with PMS, POS, IoT systems, guest experience platforms, facility automation solutions, or similar hospitality tech.
- Exceptional communication, demo storytelling, commercial negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and the broader South Asia region.
