Key Responsibilities:


- Drive new logo acquisition (SIs & direct clients) and deliver agreed revenue targets.


- Build compelling client propositions and lead RFP responses.


- Collaborate closely with account managers & recruitment teams.


- Own and deliver monthly & quarterly sales targets.


- Develop and scale RPO & MSP solutions for clients.


- Identify and establish new lines of business.

What Were Looking For:


- 10+ years of experience in BD / Sales / Account Management within international recruitment (US, UK, Europe, APAC).


- Strong expertise in staffing solutions & client acquisition.


- Proven ability to handle enterprise clients & close high-value deals.


- Hands-on experience in end-to-end sales cycle (campaigns, client meetings, conversions).


- Solid understanding of resource planning & recruitment delivery.
