Business Development Director - Executive Search Firm Our Search Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leaders to lead our business development and Client Acquisition efforts and drive growth in our Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development and sales, as well as experience in the executive search industry. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the company's revenue targets. - Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to ensure they meet their individual and team targets. - Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling. - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. - Collaborate with the internal team to create and deliver customized proposals that meet clients' needs. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Report on business development activities and results to the senior management team. Requirements : - Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management - Preferably in an executive search firm or a similar industry. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to travel as required.
