We are hiring for the role of Director - Branding & Communications for a well-established startup based out in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Preferred Experience: Looking for someone with 6+ years of experience and have worked in a startup / have seen a small company(consumer facing business) with revenue 5 Crore or above monthly Your role: You will be tasked with developing brand strategies to help improve brand recognition and build a positive image for the company to create integrated marketing campaigns & assist in product development through consumer insights. If you have an ego to deliver, data to reconcile decisions, and respect to work with other intelligent teams, then you should evaluate this opportunity. Your growth: 1. You'll experience Series A, B in 12-months and become integrated as a Brand Lead in next 12 months. 2. You'll see a 200-people team becoming a 300-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where the company's decisions are planned with founders and business leaders. Roles and Responsibilities: - Managing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term - Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media. - Develop and manage brand communications strategies, plans and campaigns for the brand based on robust consumer insights. - Align all communications across web, advertising, email, sales collateral, social media, blogs, and PR - Monitor the effectiveness of communications campaigns and adjust where appropriate - Support the marketing team in developing creative, on-brand solutions that meet customer needs. Also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communications strategies are in line with overall brand objectives - Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding - Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items under brand communications. - Track and analyze analytics to identify opportunities for improvement - Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as working with the - Keeping up with competitors across markets to keep up to date with trends, as well as trying to predict future trends - Measurement and evaluation of marketing communication campaigns, reviewing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports Requirements: - 6 years of Brand Communications experience - B2C experience is a must - Excellent understanding of what constitutes high-converting copy in the field of product marketing with strong consumer insights. - Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with digital and social media campaigns. - Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems beyond the digital ecosystem. - Firm grasp of emerging digital tools. - Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix with a roadmap.
