Description:


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Positioning:


- Define and own the overall brand vision, positioning, and long-term brand strategy


- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing and communication touchpoints


- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and governance frameworks


- Strengthen brand equity and differentiation in competitive markets


Marketing Campaigns & Execution:


- Lead integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, ATL, BTL, and experiential channels


- Oversee campaign ideation, creative development, execution, and performance tracking


- Partner with media, creative, and PR agencies to deliver high-impact brand initiatives


- Drive product launches, rebranding initiatives, and large-scale brand programs


Leadership & Team Management:


- Build, lead, and mentor a team of brand, content, creative, and communication professionals


- Set team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives


- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability


- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively


Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with leadership, product, sales, growth, and customer success teams


- Align brand strategies with business priorities and go-to-market plans


- Act as a brand champion internally and externally


Data, Insights & Measurement:


- Track and analyze brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, preference, and NPS


- Leverage market research, customer insights, and analytics to optimize brand strategies


- Measure ROI of brand campaigns and continuously improve effectiveness


Required Skills & Competencies:


- Strong strategic thinking and brand storytelling capabilities


- Proven leadership and people management experience


- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills


- Deep understanding of integrated marketing and brand management


- Creative mindset balanced with data-driven decision-making
