About the job:
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Director to lead the strategy, positioning, and marketing communications for this is a senior strategic role responsible for building the brand, driving awareness, and strengthening its reputation in India and globally markets.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the brand story, manage campaigns, as a top-tier digital marketing partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and own the overall brand strategy defining voice, tone, visual identity, and market positioning.
- Strengthen brand equity across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience research to refine positioning.
2. Marketing Communications
- Oversee content, PR, events, and digital marketing efforts aimed at brand awareness.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, events, media, etc.) to promote thought leadership and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all external communication reflects the brands voice and values.
3. Thought Leadership & PR
- Build visibility through media partnerships, award submissions, industry reports, and executive profiling.
- Manage PR agencies and relationships with journalists and publications.
- Drive content-led campaigns highlighting success stories, innovations, and client impact.
4. Performance & Measurement
- Define KPIs for brand marketing efforts awareness, engagement, share of voice, and lead contribution.
- Use analytics and reporting to measure and optimise campaign performance.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, including content, design, PR, and social media professionals.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and HR to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints (e.g., employer branding, client communications, recruitment marketing).
Brand Marketing Operations
- Ensuring smooth functioning of brand content operations
- Ensuring Video Production & Marketing operations
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or technology sectors preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and building brand equity.
- Strong storytelling, creative, and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
