Description: A fast-growing Quick Commerce platform is looking for a Head of Brand to define, build, and scale its brand across markets. This role will own brand strategy, communication, customer trust, and storytelling across digital, ATL, and on-ground channels. The role works closely with Growth, Product, CX, and Operations teams to strengthen brand recall and drive user preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:


- Own the brand identity, voice, and long-term positioning within the home-services category.


- Develop clear brand architecture for all service lines and target segments.


- Shape a compelling emotional and functional narrative around trust, reliability, and quality.

Communication & Creative:


- Lead campaign creation across digital, social, influencer, OOH, and TV (as needed).


- Build consistent messaging guidelines and enforce alignment across all touchpoints.


- Manage agencies, production partners, and internal creative teams.

Customer Insights & Research:


- Run brand tracking, consumer insights, and competitor studies.


- Understand category barriers, motivations, and triggers for adoption.


- Translate insights into actionable briefs and measurable brand outcomes.

Performance-linked Brand Building:


- Work closely with Growth/Performance teams to ensure brand work drives awareness, trust, and conversions.


- Own brand health metrics - recall, trust, relevance, and sentiment.

Digital & Social:


- Build a strong digital-first presence across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms.


- Scale influencer partnerships and creator-led storytelling.


- Drive always-on content for launches, testimonials, and category education.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Partner with Product to ensure brand-consistent UI/UX and in-app communication.


- Support City/Operations teams with local market branding and service partner messaging.


- Align communication for technician onboarding, service guarantees, and trust-building initiatives.

Team Leadership:


- Build and lead a high-performing brand, design, and content team.


- Establish processes for campaign planning, budgeting, creative reviews, and execution excellence.

What Were Looking For:


- 8 - 12+ years in brand management, consumer marketing, or creative strategy.


- Experience in consumer internet, marketplaces, services, mobility, or e-commerce is a strong

advantage. Must have built a brand from scratch - including defining positioning, identity, communication systems, and go-to-market storytelling.


- Demonstrated success in shaping consumer perception and brand trust at scale.


- Strong ability to convert insights narratives campaigns measurable brand lift.


- Experience managing agencies and creative teams.
