About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Placement and Industry Relations Cell for a reputed higher education institution based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving corporate outreach, managing campus recruitment programs, and establishing long-term relationships with top recruiters across industriesespecially in the Engineering and Technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with leading corporates, industry leaders, campus recruiters, and established startups.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts segmented by domain and specialization.
- Drive engagement initiatives such as corporate events, leadership summits, and industry-academia interactions, ensuring high-profile participation.
- Strategize and execute promotional activities to attract reputed organizations for campus placements and internship opportunities.
- Collaborate with institutional leadership, faculty, and placement coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of placement drives, industrial visits, guest lectures, and related initiatives.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management review.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations / Placements / Talent Engagement / University Relations, preferably within higher education, training institutes, or EdTech organizations.
- Strong corporate network, especially across technology, engineering, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale corporate engagement events.
