AiDash aspires to be a leader in the space of building futuristic products, based on satellite images, that provide actionable insights to help customers save millions of dollars annually. AiDash are looking for a seasoned, HR leader with the passion to build a performance driven global technology organisation. This role encompasses both HR Business Partner and HR Operations responsibilities, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong background in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and overseeing efficient HR services delivery specific to the Indian context Role will primarily be responsible for the organization in India and asupport business leaders in the US and Europe on HR initiatives. What you will ? Strategic Business Partnering - Act as an HR business partner, for company leadership across technology and product, data, and customer success functions, to understand organization goals, and develop an effective people strategy. - Responsible for driving systemic and tactical organisational initiatives aligning with business needs and organisation priorities. People Operations - Own all people operations processes including, but not limited to, performance review cycles, employee engagement, compensation reviews and planning, payroll and benefits administration. - Design and implement the requisite processes, and tools; Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the People Operations function, regularly reviewing and refining HR processes to adapt to evolving business needs and industry best practices. - Establish a data-driven monitoring and governance framework for people operations. - Develop and nurture the HR team, providing mentorship, training, and growth opportunities to enhance their effectiveness. Culture - Develop and instill a performance-driven culture that emphasizes accountability, goal-setting, and continuous improvement, aligning individual and team efforts with organizational objectives. Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - Leading the talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company. - Driving employer branding initiatives to establish a go-to brand for tier-one technology, data science and data consulting talent. Learning & Development - Develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a highperformance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth. What are we looking for? - 10 plus years of experience in HRBP / HR Consulting/ HR Generalist roles in a technology company, preferably a product company. - MBA from a Premier B school with a specialization in HR. - Proven track record in a fast-growth environment - building and scaling HR function. - Data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability. - Good with stakeholder management at all levels in the organization - Tech-savvy, willing to adopt best-in-class tools and practices in the HR function - Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
