Leadership & Team Management - Recruit, train, and manage a team of 30+ Brand Ambassadors. - Foster a high-performance culture focused on luxury client engagement. - Ensure consistency in brand messaging, service delivery, and professional conduct. 2. Client Engagement & Experience - Deliver a world-class client experience that aligns with the brand's ethos. - Implement best practices to elevate hospitality and customer service standards. 3. Brand Storytelling & Communication - Effectively communicate brand's vision, values, and unique selling propositions (USPs). - Train Brand Ambassadors to articulate differentiation in luxury real estate. - Enhance client relationships through strategic storytelling and engagement techniques. 4.
