Business Development Role:
- Responsible for business development in Capital Markets and Investor Relations offerings - from lead generation till closure.
- Possess considerable client relationships which could lead to business opportunities. He/she may be assigned a market/geography/solution/account or a set of clients for business development.
- Contribute to solution development and automate processes by developing tools
Execution Role:
- Responsible for a client-facing role for multiple engagements for investor relations advisory
- Creating and presenting investment messages to the investment community on behalf of a company. Also, monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance
- Advice clients on setting up IR department, IR strategy, plan, and execution
- Conduct perception analysis for clients to understand how investors' community perceives their performance and communication efforts
- Conduct IR benchmarking and communicate leading IR practices to enhance IR communication and collaterals
- Develop content and deliver training on investor relations to promoters and senior management
- Responsible for developing IR collaterals like presentations, press releases, factsheet
- Advice clients on the Integrated Report, Annual Report, regulatory filings, and proxy statements
- Advice clients on corporate governance, insider trading, and other regulatory requirement related to investor relations.
- Assist client in organizing conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
