Director/Assistant Director - Asset Management Operations - BFSI

Job Description:

As the Head of Operations you will:

- Be a subject matter expert in asset management operations with a good understanding of running end-to-end outsourcing operations.

- Create and lead delivery of business strategy, priorities, agenda and PGS strategic imperatives.

- Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity and build strong mechanisms to track value derived from these initiatives for business and stakeholder, both qualitative and quantitative.

- Support and deive Asset Management enterprise business transformation projects/programs.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in any field.

- Minimum of 15+ years professional experience leading investment operations and asset management businesses.

- Deep domain expertise in Investment operations and asset management.
