Director - Artificial Intelligence

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our Enterprise AI practice, driving innovation and scaling capabilities across consulting, solutioning, and delivery. This is a strategic leadership role with complete ownershipcombining practice building, customer engagement, and delivery execution.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 18+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in AI.

- Proven expertise in Enterprise AI solution architecture and LLM technologies.

- Strong background in consulting, customer engagement, and delivery leadership.

- Experience in scaling AI practices and building enterprise-grade solutions.

- Deep understanding of Agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration patterns.

- Ability to drive innovation and adoption of AI across large organizations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to multiple industries and enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployments.

- Track record of delivering AI solutions in production at scale.

- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Practice Leadership: Build, scale, and lead the Enterprise AI practice across industries.

- Solution Architecture: Design and deliver LLM-based solutions, Agentic AI concepts, and orchestration patterns.

- Innovation Delivery: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and production-grade AI solutions at scale.

- Business Value Creation: Translate AI into tangible business outcomes and drive adoption across enterprise clients.

- Client Engagement: Lead consulting engagements, solution design, and delivery execution with CXO stakeholders.

- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing AI team.

- Thought Leadership: Represent the practice in industry forums, contribute to whitepapers, and evangelize AI adoption.
