About the Role:

We're seeking a technically accomplished leader to head AI initiatives within the AI Center of Excellence (COE). This strategic role involves shaping enterprise AI strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, intelligent solutions using ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute AI strategy in collaboration with business units

- Lead development of advanced models: LLMs, multimodal, agents, and predictive systems

- Oversee MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Build scalable AI infrastructure and optimize model performance

- Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in experimentation and delivery

- Drive innovation through applied research and responsible AI adoption

- Align AI initiatives with product roadmaps and ensure seamless integration

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in AI, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience: 10-15 years in AI/ML, including 3-5 years in leadership roles

- Technical Skills: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDK, AgentCore, Airflow, Spark, AWS, Azure, GCP

- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, collaborative leader, and advocate for ethical AI
