As the Director & Business Head for Bangalore, you will lead one of the company's most critical markets. You will be responsible for strategy and execution across multiple experience centres, driving growth, revenue, profitability, and operational excellence in the region.

Key Responsibilities Aligned to OKRs:

- Own P&L, sales & revenue growth, delivering aggressive year-on-year targets in the Bangalore market contributing ~40-50% of national revenue.

- Achieve and maintain the defined EBITDA % for the region through operational efficiencies and cost control.

- Lead 4+ experience centers, set performance benchmarks, optimizing store-level operations, and ensuring consistent brand representation.

- Develop and execute robust market growth strategies-including customer acquisition, partnerships, upselling channel integration.

- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing matrix team comprising area managers, store heads, and sales-leads.

- Ensure world-class customer experience through process standardization, quality control, and design-to-installation delivery.

- Collaborate with central functions (marketing, supply chain, design, technology) to boost operational efficiency and margin improvement.

- Drive improvement in Design CSAT scores by coaching teams on communication, project adherence, and emotional connection.

- Monitor and control attrition among key roles (Interior Designers and Design Partners).

- Actively improve Employee NPS (e-NPS) by creating a high-engagement environment across stores.

Who We're Looking For

- Proven regional leadership experience in home interiors, retail, or related sectors-responsible for multiple locations and P&L with 10+ years in structured sales/operations leadership roles.

- Track record managing multi-unit operations with 4+ branches, strong in scaling teams and improving efficiency.

- Data-driven mindset, with expertise in managing KPIs-revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, team productivity.

- Excellent stakeholder management-cross-functional collaboration and third-party partnerships.

- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and ability to drive performance under budget constraints.

- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate; frequent travel to experience centres expected.

- Passion for home interiors, design, or consumer aesthetics is a strong plus.
