Director - AI Transformation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience & Background:

- 15+ years of experience in business consulting and transformation, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, multi-year programs across diverse industries and geographies.

- Proven ability to take programs from idea through pilot to full-scale deployment - managing complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change throughout.

- Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Hi-Tech) and geographies at a senior level.

- Prior experience in a Principal, Director, or Partner-level role at a Tier 1/2 consulting or technology services firm.

Technology & AI Fluency:

A strong technical bent of mind with the ability to rapidly learn and apply emerging technologies.

Specific areas of depth or familiarity should include:

- AI/ML and Advanced Analytics - including model deployment, MLOps, and translating data science into business value.

- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) - understanding of enterprise use cases, responsible AI principles, and GenAI-enabled process transformation.

- Digital Transformation - ERP modernization, cloud adoption, platform integration, and enterprise architecture.

- Process Automation & RPA - intelligent automation frameworks, hyperautomation strategies, and tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

- Exceptional ability to define strategies, drive consensus, and execute on agreed roadmaps across cross-functional teams involving business, technology, and operations stakeholders.

- Results-oriented with a relentless focus on measurable impact - comfortable holding accountability for program outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial targets.

- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence, align, and energize diverse groups from C-suite sponsors to delivery teams.

- Outstanding communication and executive presence - a compelling storyteller who can translate complex technology concepts into clear business narratives.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, adaptability in fast-moving environments, and a passion for continuous learning.
