Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary academic leader to drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence across teaching, curriculum design, and research practices. The role will focus on enabling faculty and students to effectively adopt AI as a pedagogical, research, and knowledge enhancement tool, while ensuring adherence to academic integrity and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead the institution-wide strategy for integrating AI into academic programs and learning frameworks

- Define the roadmap for AI adoption across disciplines, aligning with global education trends

- Collaborate with Deans, faculty, and leadership to drive AI-led transformation initiatives

Curriculum Design & Innovation:

- Oversee the development and enhancement of AI-enabled curriculum across departments

- Introduce interdisciplinary AI modules and ensure relevance to industry standards

- Promote innovative teaching methodologies leveraging AI tools and platforms

Faculty Enablement & Development:

- Design and implement training programs to upskill faculty in AI tools and applications

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and digital adoption among educators

- Support faculty in integrating AI into teaching, research, and assessment methods

Student Learning & Engagement:

- Enable students to effectively use AI for learning, research, and skill development

- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI tools in academic work

- Drive initiatives that enhance student outcomes through AI-enabled learning

Research & Academic Excellence:

- Encourage AI-driven research across disciplines

- Facilitate collaborations, publications, and academic partnerships in AI and emerging technologies

- Ensure academic integrity and ethical AI practices in research and learning

Governance & Compliance:

- Establish policies and frameworks for ethical AI usage in academia

- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of AI initiatives

- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards

Required Candidate Profile:

- Doctorate (Ph.D.) or Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, or related field

- 18-20 years of experience, preferably within academic institutions or higher education ecosystems

- Demonstrated experience in educational technologies, digital learning, or AI applications in academia

- Strong track record in academic leadership roles (Director / Dean / Equivalent)

- Deep understanding of AI trends and their impact on education and research

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in leading large-scale academic transformation initiatives

- Exposure to global education systems and AI-led learning frameworks

- Strong research background with publications in AI or related domains
