The Role:
As Head of Strategic Customer Deployment / AI Deployment you will own the people and operational backbone of our India strategic deployment organization, ensuring top talent consistently drives high-impact outcomes for customers.
Initially, you will manage a team of high-caliber junior talent, including graduates from top institutions like IIT, IIM, and ex-MBB consultants, setting standards for execution, clarity, and impact. Over time, your remit will expand to include larger programs, global projects, and critical operational initiatives, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of our strategic deployment engine.

- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performance team across multiple functions, establishing clear accountability and operational discipline-

- Drive development and retention of top talent, identifying future leaders and creating growth opportunities-
- Collaborate globally with product consultants, CSMs, and R&D teams to ensure seamless strategic deployment of customer projects-
- Translate unstructured challenges into structured plans, achieving results in a fast-moving startup environment
You will gain exposure to our AI, analytics, and geospatial capabilities, but your primary contribution is leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.
