Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and growth plans

- Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and investment initiatives

- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycle

- Prepare timely financial statements, management accounts, variance analyses, and KPIs for the Board and senior leadership Optimize revenue cycle including patient billing, collections, dues recovery, and costing
