The role:

- We're an ABM-as-a-Service company that helps B2B organizations transform how they go to market with ABM technology and program delivery. We're looking for a Director of ABM Strategy to lead our team of ABM strategists, driving innovation, excellence, and measurable outcomes for our clients.

- The ideal candidate is a thought leader in the ABM space-someone who blends strategic vision, hands-on knowledge of ABM programs, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.


- Candidates with a consulting background who have advised B2B companies on marketing, go-to-market, or growth strategy are also strongly encouraged to apply.

- Additionally, candidates with a product marketing background-particularly those who have led product marketing for B2B products-are highly relevant for this role.

Functional requirements:


Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ABM strategists.

- Define, standardize, and evolve best practices across all ABM programs.

- Build a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and results.

Strategy & Innovation:

- Stay ahead of ABM industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.


- Evolve our ABM frameworks, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.

- Act as an internal thought leader and external evangelist for ABM best practices.

Client Strategy & Delivery:

- Oversee client strategies to ensure measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, and account growth.

- Partner with delivery, customer success, and sales to ensure strategic alignment.

- Serve as an executive-level advisor for clients and an escalation point for strategic decisions.

Technology & Data:

- Partner with operations and product teams to improve efficiency and insights through tech-enabled solutions.

Business Impact:

- Drive measurable ROI for client ABM programs.


- Contribute to overall company growth by elevating ABM delivery excellence.

- Represent the company as a thought leader at industry forums, webinars, and events.

Qualifications

- 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, consulting, or product marketing.

- Deep expertise in ABM (strategy + execution), consulting experience advising B2B companies on marketing/growth/go-to-market, or product marketing experience leading B2B product launches and positioning.

- Proven track record of leading and scaling ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many).

- Experience leading and mentoring strategist, consultant, or product marketing teams.

- Strong understanding of the ABM technology landscape.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with practical execution details.
