- Manage the full record-to-report cycle in adherence to regulatory requirements and IFRS / Ind AS.

- Financial Month end closing: To carry out month-end activities for hard closing of month, quarter, and annual periods for internal and external reporting.

- Accurate and timely preparation and issuing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (Statutory (Local), IFRS, MIS) for stand-alone entities and the consolidated for the group.

- Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and elimination entries for accurate group consolidation.

- Statutory Compliance and Audit: Coordinate statutory audits across group entities, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries, managing auditor relationships.

- Ensure full compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and timely filings.

- Implement and monitor audit recommendations to enhance financial reporting and internal controls.

- Maintaining strong financial controls to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements.

- Internal Audit and Controls: Coordinate with internal auditor to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.

- Implement recommendations from audit findings.

- Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to protect assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

- Liquidity & Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections, manage liquidity needs, and implement cash optimization strategies across business units.

- Capital Expenditure Management: Lead the evaluation and management of capital expenditure projects, coordinating with relevant teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely execution.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance and alignment with group objectives.

- Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries, as well as other departments like sales, manufacturing and tax & legal etc, to ensure cohesive financial reporting.

Qualification - Chartered Accountant.

Skills and Competencies:

- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting and Group reporting.

- Working knowledge of tools such as Group Reporting or BPC and ERP systems (SAP).

- Analytical and Problem solving.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience:

- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting function, particularly in manufacturing or global operations.

Location - Mumbai.
