Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
- Manage social media platforms with regular content posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Optimize website and landing page content to improve SEO rankings and organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Manage and monitor paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including budget tracking and bid adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, and conversions.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data reporting and analysis.
- Good communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads or HubSpot certification is a plus.
- Experience working in B2B/B2C or agency environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is an added advantage
